Therefore, the use of the content or trademarks present on the site for any purpose other than those mentioned above is prohibited.

Online Articles and Images
ROMI SRL declines any responsibility regarding the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site present slight differences compared to the original ones.
The images contained on the site are the property of ROMI SRL. Any use of such images, not authorized by written consent, will be prosecuted according to the law.
It is possible that a decision will be made to make changes to the garments during the production phase or even not to produce them. In the event that the item is not produced or that there are discrepancies between the items represented in the images on the site at the time the customer places the pre-order and those that actually arrive in the store, the customer will be contacted to obtain an express approval of the changes and proceed to shipment or cancel the order and/or provide a refund.

Availability of items
Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request, the same office will promptly notify the Customer.
