If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size change, refund via store credit within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions
To request return authorization, the Customer must activate the return procedure by sending a request to commercialeimb@gmail.com
The codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation must be specified in the email: size change, refund via Store Credit.

Once the return request has been received, ROMI SRL will send the Customer a written confirmation via email containing the instructions for proceeding with the return and the label to print and apply to the package. The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by ROMI SRL. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the ROMI SRL Returns department.

The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:

Size change
It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment with a different item.
There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return (FOR ITALY ONLY).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return shipping will be FREE (ONLY FOR ITALY) like that of the first order, in case of size change the shipping of the replacement item will be charged to the customer.

Terms and conditions

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by ROMI SRL, he is required to follow the same instructions given above. ROMI SRL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
Swimwear must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

ROMI SRL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. However, acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
ROMI SRL will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address WITH CHARGE FOR THE SUBSEQUENT SHIPMENT.
